This crème de la crème ceremonial-grade matcha brews an exquisite, buttery-sweet broth of chlorophyll elixir with rich and malty roasted aromas
The crown jewel of our artisan-roasted matcha, Misaki™ uses only the topmost leaves of shade-grown tea trees nurtured for over 30 years before harvest, boasting the sweetest and most luscious taste profile in our range. The captivating aromas of pure umami and roasted caramel can be experienced upon brewing. Packed full of L-theanine and immunity-boosting antioxidants, this rich ambrosia can also be prepared in ‘koicha’ (thick) consistency that can launch you into a transcendent state of alpha-wave nirvana.

Place 1/2 tsp (approx. 2 bamboo scoops) of matcha (~1g) in matcha bowl, then wet with 15ml (0.5fl oz) of 70ºC/160ºF water. Thoroughly knead mixture using bamboo whisk until smooth paste forms. Add 70ml (2.4fl oz) of remaining water and mix until consistent.
Upon sipping, roll the liquid around the palate to appreciate the full flavor anatomy of the tea.
- Store in a cool dry place, away from moisture, sunlight, and odors
- Refrigerate after opening for maximum flavor and potency

From the moment I opened the package of matcha and to pour it in the tin I could smell the rich creaminess. It smelled absolutely delicious! Using 160F spring water, the tea liquor was a deep green and I could smell the richness as I whisked it up with my chasen. Absolutely no bitterness, just rich creamy with a hint of umami notes. The matcha itself is OUTSTANDING. Truly the best matcha I’ve had and I take my matcha very seriously—the only issue I have is that this container is way too small. Such amazing matcha and the price is justified in its quality, taste and aroma. Just wish there was a larger option for a better deal.

It's a matcha like no other. I definitely can taste the umami feature after swishing it around in my mouth. It's a bit bitter upon brewing in hot water (which is normal) and I start tasting the caramel feature whenever I make a latte version and it also doesn't taste as bitter (which is normal). Upon drinking it, I definitely feel the benefits of it working. It boost my mood to 110%, I feel very happy for no reason (I'm not complaining), I also feel more relaxed and I get enough energy for the rest of my day. It's a matcha I cannot get enough of. I'm absolutely in love with it.
