If you served this to someone who'd never tasted matcha before but had heard that it was "seaweed-ish," they'd wonder what people were making a fuss about, because they'd be able to enjoy this without any problem. It's subtly sweet, rich, and fragrant, and easy to drink. Definitely best served in the traditional way, though, because you do lose some of its magic if you drown it in a latte. (Which I've done, and throughly enjoyed, but I'll be saving it for my late-afternoon shot now.)
It froths beautifully, too.
